Ticket Sales

All admission ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
 

Ticket Transfers

Guests may transfer their tickets to another available date or time by contacting Country Critters at least 24 hours before their scheduled visit.

Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Country Critters.

Missed Reservations

Tickets are forfeited if guests fail to arrive during their scheduled admission period and no transfer request has been made at least 24 hours in advance.
 

Weather & Farm Closures

If Country Critters cancels an event, closes the farm, or is unable to honor a reservation due to circumstances within our control, guests may be offered:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to a future available date

at Country Critters' discretion.
 

Special Events

Certain special events, classes, workshops, private parties, and seasonal experiences may have separate cancellation policies. Any event-specific policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.
