Welcome to Country Critters ("Country Critters," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing tickets, making reservations, accessing our website, or visiting our property located at 15571 Rutland Rd, Parrish, Florida, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
 

Admission & Reservations

Admission tickets are valid only for the date and arrival time selected during booking.
 

All guests aged 3 and older require a paid admission ticket unless otherwise stated. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Country Critters reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or harmful to animals, staff, or other guests.
 

Farm Rules

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

  • Treat animals with care and respect.

  • Use designated feeding materials only when permitted.

  • Refrain from chasing, striking, harassing, or mishandling animals.

  • Wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for a farm environment.
     

Country Critters reserves the right to remove guests without refund for violations of farm rules.
 

Assumption of Risk

Country Critters is a working farm. Guests understand that visiting a farm and interacting with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Animal bites, scratches, kicks, or other unpredictable animal behavior

  • Uneven terrain, mud, rocks, holes, and natural obstacles

  • Exposure to insects, plants, weather conditions, and allergens
     

By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume these risks.
 

Florida Agritourism Notice

WARNING

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury, death, or damage to, or loss of, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.
 

Weather, Closures & Operational Changes

Country Critters reserves the right to modify operating hours, cancel events, limit access to certain areas, or close temporarily due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Animal welfare concerns

  • Safety considerations

  • Maintenance issues

  • Other circumstances beyond our control
     

If Country Critters cancels your scheduled visit, guests may receive a refund or reschedule at our discretion.
 

Photography & Media

Guests may be photographed or recorded while on the property. By entering Country Critters, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media materials without compensation.
 

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify staff upon arrival.
 

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Country Critters and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Country Critters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, ticket purchases, participation in activities, or visits to the property.
